We are seeking an eMOC Process Management Specialist on our Global Management System and Quality team. This position will be located in Allentown, PA or Houston, TX. Residence based will be considered based off experience.

This position is responsible for managing the eMOC application by ensuring the application is stable and provides a safe and compliant management of change. This person acts as the Business Owner and Work Process Manager for eMOC app and is responsible for facilitating the approval of all application changes. The individual must have a strong understanding of change management and how it impacts the company's governance work process overall and specifically operating plants.

This position is accountable for the following end results:

1) Leading the community of power users/community owners by providing next level support, application/process/safety related questions, and providing application training as needed as a Facilitator, Community owner and all other roles within MOC process.

2) Providing prompt, consistent, concise and accurate answers to all 3000+ application users on all application/work process/safety related questions ensuring compliance with applicable procedures on demand.

3) Receiving, troubleshooting, reproducing, and prioritizing all eMOC DT Tickets in Service Now

4) Interface frequently with a wide variety of company functions: OPS, OPS Engineering, Engineering, HR, Membrane Solutions, LNG, SAP PM teams, Shared Business Services DC team, Digital Technology, EHS, Quality

5) Prioritizing, planning and scheduling all maintenance, defects, and enhancements (includes writing functional specification requirements for enhancements/defects and testing.)

6) Managing and reporting of monthly KPIs (EHS and Ops) and helping to expedite the metrics by daily management of application notifications. Ex: long open and temporary MOCs.

7) Identify opportunities for improvement and simplification within the MOC work process (example: simplification of tasks in MOC) and execute the actions.

8) Closely work with DT on enhancements, software upgrades, releases and act as a Business Tester during these activities.

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of Management of Change, it's impact on risk and how it impacts the organization and the operations.

  • Knowledge of Industrial Gas Operational activities, safety, operational and compliance work processes/procedures.

  • Experience at Operations Facilities is recommended, since the operations community is the largest user of the system and has the most complex MOCs.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, given ownership of key company MOC standards and training materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A technical degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Qliksense.

  • Understanding of Aps ServiceNow and DT application release work process.
