Responsibilities:
- Interact with Mine Managers and Sales team on customer issues and problem resolution
- Identify potential jobs that would benefit from having standard jobs created for them
- Improve the component tracking records currently maintained in the Dyno Shop
- Customer research for GET products
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree required
- MSHA Certification required
- Strong mechanical aptitude & familiarity of the mining industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
Travel:
- Up to 25% travel
Minimum Physical Requirements:
Push/pull up to 30 lbs
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
Lift bulky objects
Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, crawling, high steps
Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times.
