What you'll do:
Direct plant activities to assure administrative quality procedures.
Quality Control Software (Gainseeker) training, maintenance and record control.
Lead the plant continuous improvement program (SPC) and quality control software.
Maintain quality records, forms, and equipment.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
We need you to have:
We highly value candidates with Bachelor's degree, particularly in a technical field, although we also welcome applicants with equivalent technical experience.
Quality experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
Strong working knowledge and understanding of SPC.
Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
