Want to wake up every morning to a gorgeous sunrise and the opportunity to enjoy deep powder runs? Want to spend the 2023/24 ski season living and working in the outdoors with an environmentally conscious company that uses solar power and paperless technology? We’re currently looking for outgoing, friendly, customer-service focused full-time seasonal Parking Ambassadors at our parking facilities at the Sundance Ski Resort. This role is charged with supporting parking operations and creating a world-class customer experience for our guests.
Interstate Parking is a rapidly growing managed parking solutions company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with 275 team members operating over 250 locations with more than 65,000 parking spaces in geographic markets spanning from California to Indiana. We’ve accomplished this by creating an exceptional customer experience through the implementation of advanced technology and innovative marketing techniques within the industry.

Schedule:
Full-time (30-39 hours a week) seasonal positions working weekends, holidays, with a rotating schedule the other days of the week. Mid-late November 2023 through mid-late April 2024 ski season.
Not looking for a full-time position for the ski season but interested in side income, ski privileges and a fun work environment? Not a problem - we're also willing to discuss part-time employment for weekends/holidays only. - One year of customer service experience required.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Be a key member of a team that delivers a world-class impression for guests.

- Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Make change, issue receipts and tickets to our guests.
- Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of your assigned facilities.
