Job/Internship Description
Overview The Account Manager serves as the primary contact between Agrace, long-term care facilities, clinics, and other healthcare agencies. They are responsible for the management of sales and relationships with healthcare andcommunity partners. The Account Manager maintains the company's existing relationships, seeks to grow new business, and is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating sales activities within the diverse communities we serve. They are responsible for the goal of enhancing visibility for Agrace resulting in patient, volunteer, and referrals across the full continuum of Agrace services. Through personal relationships and marketing, the Account Manager is directly responsible for ensuring that all eligible patients have access to all Agrace services.
